This massage is performed with long and short strokes to de-stress and relax the body. We adjust pressure and areas of focus to your needs. Therapeutic Massage can include a variety of the techniques discussed below to relieve stress and pain.

Heated river stones are used to melt away tension in the body. The heat of the stones assists the therapist in releasing muscles and freeing up areas of stagnant energy in the body. Hot stone massage is excellent for detoxification, pain relief, and relaxation.

Known as the dance of massage, the long, flowing, deep strokes relax the nervous system facilitating the release of muscular and emotional tension. This unique healing massage has been handed down through Hawaiian families for generations and is healing and nurturing. The intent of Lomi is to reconnect with your spirit.

Gentle, yet powerful, reiki can be used safely for any condition. The practitioner works with the energy systems of the body, known as chakras, to balance and revitalize the body, spirit, heart and emotions. Reiki is excellent for both pain and stress relief, offering the relief of symptoms related to stress-related disorders and chronic disease.

Cranial Sacral Therapy works with the cerebrospinal fluid of the body, highly concentrated in the brain and spinal cord. Using gentle contacts the cerebrospinal fluid is palpated in the body helping to free restrictions in function of the nervous system. Cranial Sacral Therapy is excellent for relief of headaches, whiplash, chronic neck and back pain, and symptoms related to fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis.

In Polarity Therapy energy is viewed as the force underlying the structure and physiology of the body. The goal of a polarity therapist is to facilitate the release of tension, resistance and body armoring. Various degrees of pressure are used in a session to bring about mind/body integration allowing insight into patterns of pain and stress.

Crystals are gifts form the earth and posess powerful healing energies. A crystal healing combines the laying of various crystals on the body, with reiki and other healing energies. An excellent therapy for clearing away mental/emotional stress, grounding, opening the heart and feeling centered.
