Cranial Sacral Therapy is nervous system work. The nervous system holds patterns of pain like headaches, back aches, and neck tension. Through gentle holds and palpations of the cerebrospinal fluid, cranial sacral therapy helps the brain and spine let go of patterns and pain. Normally a deep state of relaxation occurs as the body discharges by twitches, jerks, temperature changes and unwinding. Cranial Sacral Therapy is excellent for migraines, headaches, jaw pain, and disc problems. I have been practicing since 20001, cranial sacral therapy helped me a great deal after a car accident. I love to give cranial sacral therapy in combination with a massage, or as an independent treatment. It is beautiful, peaceful, and powerful work.
