About Sarah:

Hello! I am Sarah Litjens and I am a certified massage therapist, certified polarity therapist (with an emphasis in cranial sacral therapy) and a Reiki Master Teacher. I have nine years of experience in the healing arts and many years of training. I love to learn as much as I can to get to the core of what helps people heal. Most recently I became certified in the ancient Hawaiian healing art of Lomi Lomi with Cuky Choquette, a Lomi Master. I also have studied with Cuky's sister, Sonia Choquette, and I am certified as a six sensory intuitve consultant.

My bodywork is intuitive and powerful. I specialize in unwinding and de-stressing the nervous system, which clears pain from the body.

In intuitive readings, my specialty is connecting people to their higher self through energy work.
